BEDROOM - Open and spacious, yet intimate feeling, this room benefits from quite a unique feature! A built-in bathtub nestled into a nook on the platform connecting to the raised living room.

LIVING ROOMS - The first and largest is directly to your left upon entry. The biggest 'room' in the loft, it's open and airy feel is perfect for entertaining and makes quite an impression upon entry. The second is past the kitchen on the raised platform. This sets it apart from the rest of the loft, providing a more intimate space.

CLOSET / LAUNDRY ROOM - Walk into this space and the first thing you'll notice is the washer and dryer hookup. What could be more convenient? Enjoy the ease of washing your clothes five feet from where they'll hang! This space also includes a custom built storage cabinet and built-in California Closet shelves and fixtures.

AS A WHOLE - From the 14 giant windows ringing the entire two-side exposure, granting spectacular views of downtown and peeks at the Detroit River and Canada, to the raised platform living room, and beautiful paint accenting exposed brickwork and cement columns, this unit is truly a gem among diamonds.
