By working together, our combined efforts will ensure that The Lofts at Rivertown Condominiums are presented to potential co-owners and tenants in a professional manner.

SIGNAGE AND ADVERTISING
Per our Bylaws, the displaying of for sale/lease and open house signs and/or fliers, advertisement, business cards, post cards, or any other type of literature anywhere on our property is not permitted. Realtors may place Lofts for Sale/Lease ads on behalf their Lofts at Rivertown clients.

REALTOR AND GUEST ACCESS
When you come onto our property, you will be asked to provide your realtor’s license, the loft number you are showing, and a phone number so the gatehouse can contact you when your guests arrive. All guests entering The Lofts at Rivertown property must be announced prior to being allowed access. You must be present at our property. You do not have permission to grant access to our property from a remote location.

Please escort your guests while on the property. We have a scanner card security system in place. If a guest wanders into a courtyard area, they will not be able to re-enter the building.

OPEN HOUSE PROCEDURES
If you are having an open house, we kindly ask you to inform management a minimum of 72 hours prior to your open house. You can schedule your open house online. Open houses scheduled online will be posted on our Public site with a direct link to the schedule. Click Amenities, Reservations, then select Open House Schedule. Common areas may not be used for open house activities.

STAGING
If you need to move furniture for staging, please reserve the dock and elevator at least 72 hours prior. You can reserve the dock and elevator online. Click Amenities, Reservations, then select Dock and Elevator. The dock and staff are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

LEASING
Association policy requires that our standard lease be used. Click Resources, Documents, Association Residential Lease. Per our Bylaws, all leases must be approved by the Board of Directors. Leases must be presented at least 10 days prior to the scheduled move-in date. Leases shall be for a term no less than 12 months. Please verify with your co-owner their parking space allotment.

MASTER CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS
You may request a copy of the Master Condominium Documents for closing with the Realtor Requests eForm. Click Feedback, eForms, Realtor Requests.

MOVES AND REGISTRATIONS
To help facilitate your client's move, you can schedule the loading dock and elevator using the online reservation system. Please reserve a minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled move date. In addition, you can expedite your client's move-in process by filling out the pet and vehicle registrations, mortgage, condo insurance and emergency contact information prior to their arrival. Your client's information package will be ready for them upon arrival to their new home. Click Feedback, eForms.
